I have always been used to Toyota service where you just bring your car in with no appointment needed so initially I was disappointed when I had to wait a week to get in as my truck was not drivable. I was having to go out of town so I called two days prior to my appointment to see if I could bring the truck by. I was thinking it would be in the shop while I was out of town. Sueann was great she understood the problem and got my truck back the next morning before I had to leave town. The transmission is fixed and the truck is running great. I will chose Sueann for all my service needs. As a technician myself it is nice to talk to someone that has worked as a technician or at least has a mechanical back ground. To many service advisors have no mechanical back ground but Sueann knows her stuff. GREAT JOB! More

Sueann gave just the right amount of room for her trainees to learn while still ensuring I was well supported. She is always on top of any questions or issues I have. I really enjoy working with her. I don't rate anything lower because I don't want it to reflect on Sueann. Unrelated to her, this particular experience had one downside. I arrived early so I could grab the shuttle service to my office. I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and when he arrived for pickup, he didn't have enough room for those of us waiting. I had been there the longest, but the two ladies did not seem to want to wait their turn and I didn't want to make a scene so I had to take Lyft. I don't mind finding a ride, but not after waiting 45 minutes only to have 2 people who arrived after me get the ride I was waiting for, not to mention on a day when I'm already spending $1,000 for service. Lesson learned, I won't wait on a shuttle again. I'll pay for my ride. More
