Service center visit This was my very first visit to the service department. I did not have an assigned service provider. However, the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Robert Sigman. He got me checked in and my car serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Jim Ellis Chevy Customer for Life I recently purchased a truck from Jim Ellis in Chamblee, Ga. My salesperson was Reggie and he was amazing. I will definitely go back to Jim Ellis (e I recently purchased a truck from Jim Ellis in Chamblee, Ga. My salesperson was Reggie and he was amazing. I will definitely go back to Jim Ellis (especially Reggie) for my next purchase. There were three things that would have made my experience over the top. 1) Shorten the sales process. I was there for hours on a Saturday 2) feed your customer when they’ve spent a significant amount of time there and lastly don’t commit to a time frame unless you’re certain it will be fulfilled. We purchased a 2015 truck that we brought back because of some severe scratches on the front bumper. The Sales Mgr promised it would be ready Tuesday. When we arrived it was not ready. We should have called and Reggie was extremely apologetic. Things happen, I know, but I am still impressed with how important I felt as a customer! More
Terrible I can’t say enough bad things about this service center. I dropped my truck off a 7:30am and they never touch it all-day. This is the 3rd time I ha I can’t say enough bad things about this service center. I dropped my truck off a 7:30am and they never touch it all-day. This is the 3rd time I have take my truck in for the same issue. I texted at 3:30 to see if there was any update. When I showed up at 6 the truck had not even made it to the shop. No one contacted me and everyone acted like I was crazy when I told them I needed my truck. When I dropped my truck off, if I had been told that they were backed up and may not be able to get to it today, I could have just rescheduled or taken it somewhere else. I understand that if you make an appointment for 7:30am, that it doesn’t mean it will be looked at right then, but at least the same day. At least call me and tell me it’s not going to happen and we can determine if I’m able to leave it for another day. More
I've done every drug there is, and I prefer Jim Ellis Chevro They were so professional, so courteous, and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of BS. This was our 4th Chevy dealership of the day, and at the prior 3 t They were so professional, so courteous, and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of BS. This was our 4th Chevy dealership of the day, and at the prior 3 the salesperson would not acknowledge my mother at all. You could tell they were thinking "The guy has the money, get chummy with him." Our sales staff treated everyone with me with the utmost respect. I could not be happier with my experience. I hope the truck I bought last a lifetime, but if it doesn't, I'll get it's replacement with Jim Ellis and nowhere else. More
