When a recall is issued by any manufacture it is specific to your VIN. The dealers are given a portal to submit each customer's VIN to verify qualifications. We certainly wish we had the ability to approve which vehicles qualify and which don't but that is out of our hands. However we do apologize that this wasn't communicated with you more clearly at the time of your visit and that your questions weren't properly addressed. We will pass along your comments to our team as an example of the importance of proper communication.
