Not returning $100 for an oil change. When I was going to the Express side it was $40. I have been to other Chevy dealers for my oil change and it cost me around $4 $100 for an oil change. When I was going to the Express side it was $40. I have been to other Chevy dealers for my oil change and it cost me around $40-$42 with my military discount. Even with their discount I still paid almost $80. Not to mention the tag was just tossed on my seat and the paper they put on the driver side was left there, which I removed myself. I was there for over 2 hours. More

My 1st Corvette went 'ALL IN' w/ a ZR1-3ZR Thie vehicle was GM Allocated; so I bought it where I could find the allocation... That turned out to be some 3000+ miles away.. Reggie Stagmaier was Thie vehicle was GM Allocated; so I bought it where I could find the allocation... That turned out to be some 3000+ miles away.. Reggie Stagmaier was the Ellis dealer rep & he did an excellent job taking care of 'all my concerns'..I never had to wait more than an hour to hear back from him & most often it 15 minutes or less: be it after hours or otherwise .. The total tranaction was so smooth & easy that I felt like he was right here with a local dealership... l will be going back to Reggie, the Jim Ellis Dealership & their very competitive pricing with future purchases... Customer Driven Took my 2013 Volt in to have a software recall completed along with a possible repair to my driver's door check (frequent problem). In the Service Dep Took my 2013 Volt in to have a software recall completed along with a possible repair to my driver's door check (frequent problem). In the Service Department, Claudine checked on the status and reported back that the work was complete. Charlene answered the phone over at the Collision Center and made sure that an advisor contacted us about the door check repair. Shane arranged for the pickup of the Volt from the Service Department and consulted with a technician on repair options. Before we knew it, Shane had fashioned a repair to the door that has stopped the door click at a very reasonable cost. It is clear that the customer is valued at Jim Ellis, and I will not hesitate to visit the dealership in the future! Great job! More

Recall for service failure I have visited this dealership over five times in the past. Two of those times were due to issues that on the internet were part of a recall situation I have visited this dealership over five times in the past. Two of those times were due to issues that on the internet were part of a recall situation but when you ask at the front desk they are quick to tell you that your vehicle does not qualify. This makes me feel like I can not trust them. It would be nice if your employees were trained to better handled this questions and perhaps provide a more specific answers. More
