Sergio really worked with my brother and I to make sure that all of our questions went answered and that we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. From the moment I brought my car to Robert, Sueann, Elise and Brandon were all so pleasant. I am also always thankful for the jokes and great stories they have when I stop in. Their personalities definitely make the visit easier and help relieve the stress of your car needing service. I had an issue with my car and they made sure it was taken care of promptly and I was provided a loaner during the service to keep me going. I love my new car and it's great to have such a great delaership behind me. Purchasing a new vechile When I first attempt to look at cars, I met Sergio. He was nice, friendly and very helpful. The day I came in I was just browsing at different cars and what I can afford lol. He wasn’t pushy or rushing me to purchase a vehicle like other sales employees do at different dealerships. As a result, the 2019 Chevrolet Cruze caught my attention and Sergio asked if I would like to test drive the car. The test drive was great, so I came in the next day to purchase the vehicle. I was a first time buyer so the process was long but other than Sergio is a pleasing person. I enjoyed my time with him. Thank you! Customer support excellent I had no problem. I dropped off my car. Robert Sigman arranged a Lyft to get me home. When the work could not be finished by the end of the day, he I had no problem. I dropped off my car. Robert Sigman arranged a Lyft to get me home. When the work could not be finished by the end of the day, he arranged a hired car for me. The only thing not positive in my experience occurred when the work completed. I returned the hired car and was dropped off at the dealership. My service manager had had to leave for a family emergency. It was busy, and the concierge who greeted me, lost track of me so I stood and waited for nearly an hour until things had quieted. Once it was realized that I had been forgotten, there were sincere apologies, and within ten minutes, I was in my car and on my way. The work was good, and I am quite satisfied. More
