Fantastic Friday on the way to work the fix traction light came on and it was squeezeing. Upon arrival they were very busy but didn't turn me away, Sueann was Friday on the way to work the fix traction light came on and it was squeezeing. Upon arrival they were very busy but didn't turn me away, Sueann was awsome although she couldn't guarantee the could fix my car that day she said she would try and got the shuttle to take me to work. At 3:30 I got a call my car was ready and it was under warranty, I was very impressed at the way Sueann put me at ease to them cleaning the outside of my car I feel they went above an beyond. I opened my hood and checked the wire that was installed about 5 of them were not connected properly I pushed on them till I heard a snap then the problem went away More
Vladmir did a great job of diagnosing shaky ride with Tahoe Although I thought I only needed a wheel alignment of my Chevy Tahoe, Vladmir asked more questions which helped him to determine the shaky ride I ex Although I thought I only needed a wheel alignment of my Chevy Tahoe, Vladmir asked more questions which helped him to determine the shaky ride I experienced was due to wheel balancing. Vladmir recommended both wheel balancing and an alignment. My vehicle drives great now. In addition he recommended an air filter and the car accelerates better. More

Gavin is great! Gavin was immediately helpful, kind and easy going. We had a wonderful time talking to him and he answered all questions asked. The entire team stayed late helping with my paper work and putting my mind at ease to buy my first car. As a woman buying my first car I never felt pressured to sign or intimidated. The service bay is super clean, the representatives are friendly, everything is organized, and they provide a shuttle to get me to the MARTA station. A couple of minor quibbles on my most recent service: a) the routine maintenance package I got looked (to me) overpriced for what was included; and b) my check engine light was still on when I picked up my car. I do think the repair was successful, so I cleared the light myself using a diagnostic tool I have. More
Caught a problem I went for a plug, that was not available during my first visit, but my car was still drivable. While there my car was extremely hot and they wanted t I went for a plug, that was not available during my first visit, but my car was still drivable. While there my car was extremely hot and they wanted to wait for it to cool down. When it did, they checked the car and found that my coolant tank had a leak. They provided a ride home, and kept me updated on my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, it was at closing, but they were all friendly, and I was on my way with a safe car again. More
