Lost my appointment reservation due to "computer problems", and took two days and $200 in labor to change the battery. Hopefully the warranty will be good for something and hopefully I can use at a different service department. Very unhappy! More
Horrible Experience Scheduled an appointment to get my car repaired because check engine light was on. Brought my car in at 9am for my scheduled appointment. Later that day I had to call the service department to find out the status of my car and was told it didn’t even make it into the maintenance shop. That was around 5pm and my appointment was scheduled for 9am. Was told that it would be done the next morning because things were busy. I had no other form of transportation to get home from work and I wasn’t even told things were backed up until I called. That’s very unprofessional and shows a lack of care to the paying customer. Was not even offered a rental or anything. Went to pick up my car and didn’t get serviced. Not impressed at all by the level of customer service from this location. Will never bring my car back here for service or ever buy a car from this dealership. Thumbs down. More

When I showed up around 4 pm, my service rep asked if I was dropping off. When I get incredulously said no, I’m here about the truck I left with you this morning, he had to go into the shop, only to finally emerge and tell me they had not even started to look at it. This service center is terrible and I will not return, which is awful since it’s the closest to my job. More

Service Not As Expected I was met by a nice greeter as I pulled in for service. I walked into the service advisors’ area, but was not addressed for a while. I was eventually I was met by a nice greeter as I pulled in for service. I walked into the service advisors’ area, but was not addressed for a while. I was eventually noticed by Vladimir. I mentioned two additional concerns about my vehicle once I was helped, but never received confirmation that they were heard. I believe I received an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 1/2 hours without a word from an advisor or a service rep, I went to see if my vehicle was ready. The service advisors that were there never acknowledged me. I decided to be patient and went back into the waiting area for another hour. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting without a word from an adivisor I went back out to see if my car was ready. At this time Vladimir said my car is ready. I have no idea how long my car was ready or if it was ready and I simply wasn’t notified, but 3 1/2 hours is an excessive amount of time to wait for the service I had to my car. I was the only person still waiting after that amount of time. I was very disappointed during this visit. I have had better service in the past. More

It was an included service with purchase so I cannot comment on price. I have taken a prior Corvette to another dealer for service and it was good, but this experience was better and, in fact, as good as I have had with any car. More
