Service The service was ok. They were backlogged so I didn't get a diagnosis until the next day after 7AM drop off. The only issue I have is that sometimes The service was ok. The only issue I have is that sometimes if your service advisor isn't available, the other advisors seem reluctant to assist you. The advisor was able to get the warranty to cover some of the repairs which I was grateful for. More

I came in for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation and ended up having to leave my vehicle for repair to the oil pan I was told. I was given a courtesy vehicle to use until my repairs were completed, but the repair took longer than expected. This wasn't really an issue other than me having to call back on multiple occasions to see when my vehicle would be ready. Twice I did not receive a call back with an updated status. My vehicle seems to be running as expected, but I hope my future experiences are better than this one. More

Amazing Customer Service They were so quick at getting my car in and out. Honestly, at first I thought I would have to leave my car overnight but then come to find out my car They were so quick at getting my car in and out. Honestly, at first I thought I would have to leave my car overnight but then come to find out my car was already being worked on within 30 min of me arriving. I was finished in less time than I originally thought. SueAnn was so sweet in making sure my experience was a good one. Will definitely come back for any other maintenance needs. Thank you! More

No appointment, no worries I have a crazy work schedule that makes it hard for me to schedule service for my Sonic. I needed to have my tires/rims check since my air pressure wa I have a crazy work schedule that makes it hard for me to schedule service for my Sonic. I needed to have my tires/rims check since my air pressure warning light came on every other day. I was able to fit in a couple of hours to head over to Jim Ellis Chevrolet and ask if they could fit me in. They made the time, found the problem and installed two tires (my rims were ok). I really appreciate Billy Ray Heinlein and the service team for making sure my car is safe to drive. Thanks, More
