Roadside assistance for Flat tire took me 5+ hours This was a Roadside flat Tire , I called in Onstar and they hooked me to a Tow service which took 2 ours to get to the site and then when I reached th This was a Roadside flat Tire , I called in Onstar and they hooked me to a Tow service which took 2 ours to get to the site and then when I reached the dealer , the service station did not have any clue on why i was there ... they took over 30 minutes to get to me as there was no appointment they took 2 more hours to get a tire change . Though the Service Manager was very good and very cordial but the issue is with the process. The Onstar sends a mail confirming that they are sending a vehicle to this service center but no action is taken on that . More

Unexpected Oil Change I have been doing my routine maintenance on my 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche since 2013 at this dealership and I am sad to say I don't think I can continue I have been doing my routine maintenance on my 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche since 2013 at this dealership and I am sad to say I don't think I can continue doing business with Jim Ellis. I came for and conventional oil change. The same as I always have done since the beginning. After my oil change was done and I was ready to pay the cashier for my conventional oil change so i thought I look at my ticket to the tune of $81.00. Then I look at the ticket closer, they gave me a full synthetic oil change I am sorry but I was not expecting that. I know the benefits of the synthetic but that's was something I did not want at the time. After speaking with my service advisor I was told that Jim Ellis no longer does conventional oil it's all synthetic. If that is the case then we are done. I will purchase my own oil and do it my self. More
