Recall Update I came in for a recall update. I called to make the appointment and they got me in as soon as they could. They took my car back for service in a timel I came in for a recall update. Everyone I dealt with was nice and welcoming even though they seemed quite busy. No complaints. Shoutout to the shuttle driver, he was awesome and super quick to drop me off and pick me up! More

Wrong initial diagnosis LB headlights. Fixed twice. Costly. 2013 Chevy Tahoe was brought in on Feb 9th with a blown low beam headlight. Vladimir stated that he would run a full electrical test on vehicle to det 2013 Chevy Tahoe was brought in on Feb 9th with a blown low beam headlight. Vladimir stated that he would run a full electrical test on vehicle to determine if there was high resistance. Vladimir found no high resistance and replace low beam headlight. However, for reasons he could not explain, the other good low beam headlight was blown during the electrical examination. Vladimir gave me back vehicle and charged me for one blown headlight since one of the headlights had been replaced less than a year ago and under warranty. On 03/22/19 I purchased a new car battery and after the installation both low beam headlights were blown again. Checked fuse box and found no blown fuse. Made repeated calls and left voicemails (at least 10 calls) to dealer to get guidance on what could be the problem since this would be the third time in one year that headlights were blown. No one returned the 10 calls. Finally I drove to the service center on April 5th and talked to Service Manager Brandon Colon. He assured me he would provide the right diagnosis and would schedule an appointment for April 9th. Vladimir called me to tell me that the second diagnosis found high resistance and that I would require a harness or bulb kit that replaces connectors and wires. The parts cost were relatively small compared to the labor cost. I was not happy to find that had Jim Ellis found the high resistance the first time on Feb 9th and replace the harness then. the subsequent trip on April 9th would not have occurred if it was diagnosis properly the first time. I paid twice to correct the blown headlight problem. There should have been an adjustment to my final bill when the service center fails to determine the problem the first time. More

a little longer than I expected. I brought my car (Cruz) for a recall and was told on the phone that it would be a 3 hr appointment. I took about 5 hrs.
