Speechless in the worst way That has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never experienced such an unorganized place. No one new what was going on. Communication is not something that exists there. I feel like the used dealership mechanics might have embellished on their resumes when they got hired. I pray they never touch my car again. I’ve bought 5 cars in my life and this was by far the most stressful time. I went to a bigger dealership thinking I would avoid having issues. My experience from beginning to end was stressful. I literally pray that I have no reason to go back. I honestly can’t handle anymore. My car is making a noise and I’m to just take it somewhere else. I’m not going to put myself through any of that again. The only good this was my salesman was nice and understanding. Everyone else was all over the place. Hire some more people. Get some walkie talkies or carrier pigeons. A daily memo pad my help. Something to help hold this place together. More
