I was very surprised and disappointed to have my 2015 Silverado returned to me dirty/unwashed after being at the dealership for a week for transmission replacement and some additional work to correct a recall. I guess spending $1,000 doesn't get you much, anymore. More

A long wait I was told the service would take about an hour but it ended up taking 3 hours. I was originally going to take the shuttle but when I switched from th I was told the service would take about an hour but it ended up taking 3 hours. I was originally going to take the shuttle but when I switched from the 50,000 miles to the regular maintenance package the rep said I would no longer need the shuttle. After a long wait nobody went over the checklist with me but told me everything was good. When I got home I saw I had two things that don't require attention now but might soon. Would've been nice to go over those because I could have scheduled an appointment to have that handled. More

Considering that I walked in knowing which car I wanted, had an excellent trade in and a blank check from PNC why on Earth would I be there for 5 hour Considering that I walked in knowing which car I wanted, had an excellent trade in and a blank check from PNC why on Earth would I be there for 5 hours. I was disappointed that the rebate was not for the full amount and the fact I was disqualified for not having another brand of vehicle in my home was absurd. The first offer for my trade in which they all raved about was insulting. I stuck to the price I wanted and they eventually worked it out. Everyone especially Reggie were very nice and he was very helpful. If not for him I probably would have walked out. More
Service and checks I dropped my car off for service work (oil change and tries rotation) but also asked for them to check out the hesitation and sluggish starts when the I dropped my car off for service work (oil change and tries rotation) but also asked for them to check out the hesitation and sluggish starts when the engine is cold, Although they were unable to find an issue they tried on several days before returning and advised to keep them updated if the problem returns. The staff was all very courteous and helpful. More
