I wasn't planning on going to look at a car that day, as I usually bring my dog with me to work but I take her to daycare if I am planning on running errands. Jerica in the internet department said no problem! She watched my dog for me while I test drove a Honda CRV. Very kind of them to accommodate my pet! I took the CRV to my mechanic the next day. This CRV was the EIGHTH car we took to my mechanic, and the very first one that has no issues whatsoever! The mechanic even said they were asking a very fair price. Not only that, but when I got back from the mechanic, Jim Natili, my salesman, was able to cut the price a little bit! I called my husband and we came back the very next evening to pick up our Honda. Tim Autry in finance is a very funny guy, and made our transaction a breeze. Thank you, Jim Ellis! We'll be back if we are in the market for another used car in the future! More

Miscommunication Plan on dropping your car off. I was told it would take a couple hours so I planned on working from their waiting area. Unfortunately my 7:30am appo Plan on dropping your car off. I was told it would take a couple hours so I planned on working from their waiting area. Unfortunately my 7:30am appointment turned into a 4:30pm pickup time. Fortunately when the service manager realized it would take longer than expected he was up front when I dropped my car off. Unfortunately their courtesy van was full and I had to wait 45 minutes to get a ride Fortunately there was a Uber driver near by after I had canceled a Lyft driver 20 minutes away. Unfortunately the ride costs $12.. Fortunately my coworker was able to drop me off at 4pm so it all worked out. More
