did not go well I had a 10:00 am appt I purchased a 2019 Silvarado last week and was coming in for running boards and to add a navagation system. The navagation syste I had a 10:00 am appt I purchased a 2019 Silvarado last week and was coming in for running boards and to add a navagation system. The navagation system went smooth the problem was with the running boards, Since my appt was at 10:00 I assumed the running boards were there that was not the case. It was close to 2pm when they arrived only to find out the box only contained 1. So they had to got get two. So it was almost 4pm before I was complete. The Service Manager did a great job with this and the tech who worked on my truck was great. I dont understand why my appt was accepeted for 10am when the boards were not there? Up to this point I have always been a toyota tundra owner thought I would change.... I love the truck and told the service manager I would at least try my first service there. More
