Horrible This is my second horrible experience. I scheduled my appointment for 7am for routine maintenance and told the person that i will leave my key in the This is my second horrible experience. I scheduled my appointment for 7am for routine maintenance and told the person that i will leave my key in the lockbox. After many hours have gone by i called to check on my car to see if it was ready, come to find out my key was never taken out the lockbox until i called. No one called to confirm my appointment or call to see if my key was drop. Why should i have to call, its clearly on my schedule. And mind you both times i dropped the key off before 7am. They had my car all day. This time around the advisor didn't even let me know my car was ready i had to call him and when i got he was no wherw to be found another advisor check me out which took well over 30min. By far the worst experiences with the service center. More

Certified....BUT, I like the truck that I bought from here but I’m not so sure I got the deal I thought I did. The Tahoe I purchased was advertised in the auto trader a I like the truck that I bought from here but I’m not so sure I got the deal I thought I did. The Tahoe I purchased was advertised in the auto trader as a 4x4 certified pre-owned. So when I looked up other comparable prices, that’s what I went off of. Well, it’s wasn’t 4 wheel drive like I thought. It is a former rental car. They only had 1 Key. The tires only had about 10,000mi left on them so I had to pay 600 to upgrade to new tires and wheels. Had I been aware going into the dealership what the actual vehicle was, I could have done a better valuation of it and probably negotiated a better price. All in all I like the truck, but feel I over paid a bit looking back on it. More

First Internet vehicle purchase First time buying a vehicle via internet/phone and was very skeptical. Dave and Jim were extremely helpful and easy to work with and reassured me of First time buying a vehicle via internet/phone and was very skeptical. Dave and Jim were extremely helpful and easy to work with and reassured me of the vehicle by sending me several videos and photos of the truck with detailed information. They assured me the truck was in excellent condition and even delivered it free of charge from Georgia to North Carolina (6 hour trip) and told me not to sign any paperwork until I had a chance to look the truck over. Needless to say the truck was preowned and looked brand new just as Jim had described. Great people to work with and a great first experience buying a vehicle sight unseen! Thanks again guys! More
