Recall Appointment I was late because my GPS had sent me to another location with the same address, but in Norcross. I called and the individual I spoke with helped with the directions and assured me being late wouldn't affect my appointment, which it didn't. Sueann was my professional Service Adviser, and I emphasize professional. Sueann was friendly, polite and set the right expectation as to how long it might take. She offered a shuttle if I wanted to be taken somewhere, but I decided to catch up on work emails while waiting. Sueann promptly advised me when my vehicle was through and made sure everything in your database was up to to date. It was a very pleasant experience. More

Which tells me it was not even evaluated the prior day for 139 bucks...then you guys broke off the old mirror and returned the truck to me- your people aren't being supervised back there. Then the lady in parts on refunds said my credit card was refunded 539 dollars...but credit card does not reflect that. Focus on selling cars....get out of service business- you just can't find people that know what they are doing back there without a demolition derby and people taking out hack saws to fix your vehicle. Suzann seemed like the only one not on her phone and actually cared about what was going with my vehicle...I just bought a 2018 Silverado from Steve Rayburn in Oct...I'm going to trade in and buy a new truck this year....I'd like to buy from you but the service department??? More
