We were expecting $175 to $200 as fair price for such a small job. When we asked the service advisor he had no answers other than that is the way it is. That is not an appropriate answer to a customer in any account. Due to this and listening to other people who has had service at dealerships similar to yours, we will no long use yours or any other dealership for maintenance because of your price gouging. I am sure there are after market type garages out there that can do the exactly same as you and not price gauge. In the future also that will affect our decision if and when we decide to buy another car. One thing you seem to have forgotten is that the pendulum always swings and you will need these customers one of these days, but we will not be one of them. A car wash at the end of the situation is a poor excuse for price gauging. More

They charged $1689.00 and still the same issues in van. Service adviser JEFF WOO, every-time he tells story and asked for more and more money and still can not fix the issue. I went today and had checked the codes and have 7 codes active right now. within a day van started showing the codes, They kept van for one week every time I dropped. It's the worst experience of my life with the Chevy dealership. More

Poor Contact Brought my Tahoe in for faulty A/C compressor not cooling on a Tuesday. Received a voice mail that they had to order new part, would be here the next Brought my Tahoe in for faulty A/C compressor not cooling on a Tuesday. Received a voice mail that they had to order new part, would be here the next day (Wednesday), and they would call when ready. By Saturday I had still not heard from the service department, so I called and left a voice mail. Call was returned promptly and representative told me they had called, left a voice mail and sent an email, which was all a lie. My phone is always by my side and I check ALL voice mails and never received a call. I even check missed call log and no call. Same with email. I receive emails on my phone and no email. Even checked my spam folder, no email. They're closed on Sunday, so had to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Will only return here for warranty work. More
