Awesome I stupidly scratched my car on my garage door. It looked really bad so I wanted to get the paint buffed off so I could at least see what I was working I stupidly scratched my car on my garage door. It looked really bad so I wanted to get the paint buffed off so I could at least see what I was working with for future work. The guy that helped me initially came out and told me it couldn't be buffed out but he would take it back for them to check it out anyway. $62 later the paint was all gone and limited scratches and slight rippling by my tire remained. Compared to the damage I thought I was going to see I am very happy. They fit me in at the end of the day and got it done right when I came in. I was new to the area and appreciate them taking care of my car so fast and with great service. More
Did not receive tags for my car Called dealership when I did not receive my new tags before temporary expired, and given the run around. calls not returned. According to the tag office, they cannot give me another. I have to wait over a week (driving with expired tags), then file a police report for a stolen tag, then take the police report to get a new tag. This may take a couple of weeks. Also, according to the tag office the paperwork not processed until January 5, 2019 and possibly not mailed until January 16, 2019, when the car was purchased in early December 2018. This is a huge inconvenience because people did not do their job in a timely manner. If I get a ticket in this time period, I will be bringing it to Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I’m not happy with this at all. More
Not as nice of a day as it could have been.. I felt a lot of pressure and this dealership kept me waiting all day. The tactic seemed to be just get me to fall in love with a car and get me frustrated enough to just sign anything so that i can go home. I finally gave in and i spent more than i really wanted to. Very good! Had regular multi service point inspection (ie. oil change, rotation, etc.). Scheduling was easy and job was completed when communicated. Fast service and friendly staff Robert Sigman took care of me and was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and efficient as I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Service for an oil change and tire rotation took approx 35 min so there was a minimal wait time. Robert directed me to the Jim Ellis Collision shop as I had a body work question, and also took the time to ask about me and my day. Exactly the experience you want to have at a dealership, especially at 7:00 in the morning! More

Purchase of Used Tahoe I had good service in the purchase of our Tahoe at the end of Dec. 2018. All repairs discussed were completed with the exception of replacing the bus I had good service in the purchase of our Tahoe at the end of Dec. 2018. All repairs discussed were completed with the exception of replacing the busted speakers. I am waiting for a call to let me know that they have found speakers for our Tahoe. I did follow-up with Ron today and waiting for a call back. If I had to put anything unfavorable it would be waiting for the speakers only as it relates to my purchase experience. Otherwise I have no complaints about sales person or initial process. As it relates to calling the receptionist is not very helpful. When the vehicle was there I called to get and update and got the run around from those answering the phones. I did finally get "Lisa" that was awesome and took the time to see what was actually happening. I also had a good experience with the gentlemen (not sure of name) that assisted with the final outcome on the sale (may be Sales Mgr). More
