Love the People - Not liking the price and the time I purchased my pre-owned car December 29, 2017 from Jim Ellis. It is my fault in the fact that I did it quickly and didn't take the time to make some I purchased my pre-owned car December 29, 2017 from Jim Ellis. It is my fault in the fact that I did it quickly and didn't take the time to make someone walk through the functionality and to ensure that everything was working. A red flag went off when the finance guy or the sales person said when I asked if they thought my finances would clear to purchase - oh yes, so and so will do anything he can - he is ready to get this car off the lot. ????? hmmmmm…. I should have left and come back when I had more time. I was told the car had just had bumper to bumper inspection and everything is in great shape - well, obviously - that was a lie or they would have heard the brakes and they would have known that the back window to the tailgate didn't open and the wiper didn't work????? I took Jim Ellis for their word! Again, I know "buyer beware" and its my fault for not making them prove everything worked. I love the car - I don't know how everything works still. My brakes were squealing from when I first went off the lot, my back window and wiper didn't work, I was told the gas cap was wrong at a gas station when I went to get air in my tires because one kept losing air, and a few other things. I was told to talk to some woman that dealt with the pre-owned sales - and she was not available and very rude. It didn't draw me to want to come back or keep trying to track her down. Finally I came in and they said the gas cap is fine, and the brakes were fine - they were just new and that is why they were squeaking??? Lie. I took it to a Oil Express or something because of the brakes squeaking and told them that Jim Ellis said they had just been checked out, so I wanted to get someone else to tell me their thoughts. Well, another $1000 there - totally taken advantage of their too. They obviously didn't work on brakes but sold me two tires and didn't fix the one that was losing air. A week ago or so, - when I rolled down my window - the noise was horrible with the car, so I brought it in and $1,000 later for axle and 2 brakes and maintenance - I am a very frustrated buyer/owner. And, have you figured it out yet a older female. I also purchased extended warranty - nice to find out it covers nothing? What is it good for and why didn't someone educate me on whether it was worth it or not? I will be passing this car down or selling it soon. And, I will be in the market for something else. I so wanted a dealership that took care of people like me that I could trust. I am a divorced single mom in real estate and I don't have extra cash just to throw around to fix things that aren't necessary. At the same time I need a safe care to drive for work and family. I really feel abused and let down and very unsatisfied. I will say Sueanne Turano - was fabulous! Her customer service and communications were perfect! She is very personable and was willing to work with me and help me understand what was covered by my extended warranty and help me understand what was wrong. More

They know when certain services are needed and they don't upsell for services I don't immediately require. The customer service is Excellent! Beautiful professional facility and waiting room. Complimentary shuttle if needed. My service advisor Vladimir was awesome! I will be back. Nice work guys, and gals. More
