Oil change inspection Went in for an oil change tire rotation and inspection, I found coolant low and missing valve stem cover. Went back in and was told without looking at Went in for an oil change tire rotation and inspection, I found coolant low and missing valve stem cover. Went back in and was told without looking at it that the coolant is like that, I had to get back to work so went back after work and had another advisor, he at least looked at my concern and stated it was low but the only fluids they “top off” is the washer fluid but did think I had some type of coolant leak and was told keep an eye on it. THANKFULLY I had a follow up call from Alyse I told her what had happened and that I was not happy she stated that she would want to have my vehicle checked out and sure enough I had a coolant leak and needed the water pump replaced. She went above and beyond including keeping me updated and provided me with a loaner vehicle, but unfortunately keeping an eye on the coolant and still going low my advisor called to see how my car was told them the issue was told to bring it back so they can look at it and found the coolant tank had a crack so that also needed replaced. I am not sure if I will take my vehicle back for service, I feel all of this inconvenience could have been prevented IF the job and inspection would have been done correctly the first time More

Inflated msrp on tahoe Dealership inflates msrp on Tahoe so they could show a larger discount on there’re website. Didn’t realize this until deal was done. I knew right away that I was going to use Jim Ellis. I have quite a few friends that have brought cars from them and had service done on those vehicles and they were pleased. Can I say that I'm pleased too. The customer service is the best in the business. They haven't taken too long to get to my car for service and if they know it's going to take a while, well you can borrow a car from them or go next door and get a car from Enterprise that they pay for. Can't say enough good things about Jim Ellis. All I can tell you is to try it out yourself. More

Service Department feedback at Jim Ellis Chevrolet My most recent experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet's Service Department was positive. They had initially diagnosed my vehicle possibly needing some w My most recent experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet's Service Department was positive. They had initially diagnosed my vehicle possibly needing some work, but due to the codes couldn't verify it with the different work that potentially caused the codes. After ordering the part (EBCM), I asked them to re-check the diagnostics to verify the faults were indicating the work was still needed. The service repairman verified the codes were no longer there. Sueann was great to deal with and handled this very well. I'm not sure who the repair person who handled this, but I appreciate you checking this. It is a dealership, so the prices are higher than a repair shop. That is why I don't rate the overall experience higher. More
