My search began via an online chat...I was pretty skeptical about the online chat being a real person; however, to my surprise she was really great to work with and a REAL person! Nina was very helpful and patient through our process. She even has promised to help with anything beyond just that day of the sale and has since checked on me to see how I was doing since the purchase. I would absolutely recommend not only Jim Ellis, but most of all Nina! Karrie in finance was also a dream, she was very transparent with what I was signing and she too was pretty patient with me and my 2 year old. Overall, really great experience, which helps when you are making such a large purchase. :-) More

Lots folks standing around and not attentive to service. I found the service to be average at best, nobody seemed interested in waiting on me when I dropped my car off and when I picked up. Took to long Had appointments for two vehicles to get the gold bow ties changed to black ones that I had ordered on line and to have a soft bed cover put on one o Had appointments for two vehicles to get the gold bow ties changed to black ones that I had ordered on line and to have a soft bed cover put on one of them , a pick up. Was going to bring one in one day and the other the next morning. Dropped the pick-up off at 8:30 AM and waited all day to find out at the end of the day that one of the rails on the bed cover was bent. Was told to bring the truck back the next morning and could probably wait on it to be installed, but call first. I called in the AM and was told the cover was on a truck and that they would call me when it was unloaded. Never heard anything all day so I called them at 3:30. They asked could it be put off until the next day because the shop foreman was about to end his shift. Was asked if that would be OK. I told them I wanted it done because they said they would do it that day and I didn't want to keep getting rides back and forth from work. They said that if I could get there in a hurry they would do it. Got there in 10 mins and the cover was on in 40 mins and was told it would take 1-1/2 hours. Had to wait a day and then dropped my Tahoe off to get the bow ties replaced with black ones and add a hitch cover. It took 8 hrs. I am not sure if my work was handled this way because I ordered and paid directly to Chevrolet Accessories. The only good part about the whole deal was that Sueann in the service department was as helpful, pleasant and courteous as she could be. If I do use this service department again it would be because of her professionalism. More
