Went because it was free, will not return I made an appointment prior to visiting and filled out online paperwork. I had more paperwork to fill out upon arrival and i waited two hours for an o I made an appointment prior to visiting and filled out online paperwork. I had more paperwork to fill out upon arrival and i waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Just not sure what the point of making an Appt is. I had my infant with me, which of course made matters worse. The bathroom didn’t have a changing table, and was left to change my baby on the bathroom floor. The staff was very nice and helpful, but I was left frustrated with the long wait. More
