So done with Jim Ellis and Chevy 14 months ago they fixed the problem. Took the 4 days to get it done. The same problem happened again and they said they couldn't find the problem but 14 months ago they fixed the problem. Took the 4 days to get it done. The same problem happened again and they said they couldn't find the problem but fixed it.???? The car is not fixed and has the same problem. This place is complete was of time and money. They never call you back, you have to call them. Never go here, never buy a Chevy. More

Great Honest Sales Rep, Not Pushy and Overbearing My experience with Tony Benitez was a pleasant one. He was very honest, yet reasonable with his opinions and expertise. Karrie Haynes was also helpful My experience with Tony Benitez was a pleasant one. He was very honest, yet reasonable with his opinions and expertise. Karrie Haynes was also helpful as far as the finance portion went. She gave a rationale and honest views when asked certain questions. Overall it was a great feeling knowing that I was being understood and wasn't being forced into a situation unwanted. Service after delivery I actually purchased a new stingray corvette. This was the first time I utilized their Services. I was surprised that they do not wash the exterior or I actually purchased a new stingray corvette. This was the first time I utilized their Services. I was surprised that they do not wash the exterior or clean the interior after servicing. My other car is a Mercedes Benz Every time after service my car is washed and cleaned inside.and out. The same rude applies to my daughters Range Roover and BMW. I would think a corvette is at the same level. Why wouldn’t the same services be offered? More
