Inefficient service, poor/no communication Took my car in about 6 weeks ado now for scheduled maintenance. Confirmed that I would drop car off before they opened, left my car in the driveway w Took my car in about 6 weeks ado now for scheduled maintenance. Confirmed that I would drop car off before they opened, left my car in the driveway with keys in the drop box. Called about 2 pm and no one had looked at car. My appointment was for 8 am. They said they couldn’t find the keys they were “stuck” in the drop box and no one noticed and they would not be able to complete service. They did complete the Next day and I picked it up. 2 weeks later had a loud rattle and looked under the car. Some piece that protects the gas tank was broken and hitting the drive shaft. I called jim Ellis. They had no appointments available for 2 weeks. That’s fine I tied the metal piece myself and same thing left my car in early am before work. I called this time to confirm they could see it parked in the middle of their drive way, also explained exactly what the problem was. 8 am appointment. No call, I called at 2 and left a voicemail, no call back. Called at 4 and left another message. Finally just called the dealership and they found my service guy. He said they could not hear a rattle! Morons. I told them again it was tied up underneath. They looked at it and said it was a broken part. Thanks Sherlock. He asked me how it happened. I explained only people under the car were Jim Ellis techs, rattle started after last oil change. He explained they would call me when they got the part. 2 weeks later still no phone call. I called dealership, surprise they have had the part for awhile. i work in service as well and have never treated my customers this way. This was not one small mistake this is a pattern of consistent failure. I made a huge mistake agreeing to the service package when I bought my car here. I own 4 Chevy vehicles but this was my first time purchasing new. Am hoping one of the other Chevy dealers in town will do a better job in the future. More

Exceptional Personalization! Hilda is the BEST! I really enjoyed the customer service and support I experienced. I feel the entire team worked to create an environment where I as a customer felt informed, valued and welcomed. Options of the best deal were provided to me to make choices and it was all done in a timely manner. I am extremely grateful for the expedited services provided at the end due to my time crunching schedule! Hilda and Karrie were absolutely wonderful and extremely personable. Hilda is the reason I didn't go to another dealership like I had originally planned. I wanted to buy a car from her! More
Rushed experience with clueless salesman As far as the dealership goes, I’d recommend it, they had a great sale. As far as the salesman I was dealt, terrible. We went to go get two colors of the Malibu, which were on another lot, a good 5 min drive. On both trips to getting the cars, it was just an awkward drive as he didn’t talk much. He wasn’t asking about what my needs were for a car anything. So we get back to the dealership and start talking financing. He didn’t really explain the financing well, and it seemed as if he was getting frustrated. I ask him questions concerning the car payments and APR, to which he responds that he doesn’t know and eventually gets one of the loan officers (I think that’s what he was) to come over and explain the financing. The loan officer had brought a sheet of paper with all the numbers. He drew out for me on the paper how the financing would be based on their numbers, told me the total costs, APR, all that and answered my questions. Anyways, We go back to the lot to get the second car, as I changed my mind in color for the Malibu. While on the quiet drive back, I ask him about the start/stop feature. He scrolls through the manual guide for about 10 minutes looking for answers. I park the car at the dealership and he’s going through the configurations of the car hoping to figure it out. In the end he couldn’t and didnt have an answer for me. Why does Jim Ellis have salesmen that have no clue about the cars they’re supposed to be selling? Anyways, we go back in, he’s checking with the loan officer in the front desk about my loan with GM financial. So I go up there and check with him. Then I ask the loan officer about the start/stop feature of the car. Why did the loan officer have an answer to my question about the car that the salesman is supposed to be selling? Why does the loan officer know more about the vehicle than the car salesman???? My experience with Leland was terrible. Not even halfway through the experience, I wished that I could get up and go to someone else. I should have. Karrie was excellent by the way, conversationalist and helped me with my gap insurance and warranty. The loan officer, front desk, far left, very informative as well. But in any sense, I felt rushed, even with the loan officer. I constantly told both Leland and the loan officer that I need time to think and they consistently pushed and rushed my decision making. More

I actually drove 2 hours to get to this dealership and I am so grateful I did. If your looking for a good car from a great delarship look no further.
