The turnover rate of the service advisors is high so no one truely knows your car and those that are there do not know how to communicate with the customer. Quoted hour and half for an oil change. After hour forty minutes checked on my car only to watch as it was just being started. Then he tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes. What’s the point of an appointment if they can’t take you. More

I made my appt for the later afternoon, ,was in & out in 45min. I had a question about the paint and talked to the manager who assured me that they will get it taken care of in the nxt month. Tim Autry was patient and very helpful in getting us the financing we desired, as well as helping us decide on the various extended warranty options. Throughout the sale experience we witnessed first hand Jim Ellis people living up to the motto "treating customers like they would want to be treated when buying something for themselves." After meeting Reggie and talking with him via phone over the past week, we drove from our South Florida home to complete the purchase, and would do it again. We are from Atlanta, and have already "spread the word" about the wonderful experience Reggie and Tim provided to us. Thank you and your entire staff for a job well done.
