Professional - Great Service from Luis Valdes I set up the appt. for Monday 9/17 @ 7:00 AM - Dealership opened right at 7:00 AM - Loaner was ready as well. My truck was there for the entire week, I set up the appt. for Monday 9/17 @ 7:00 AM - Dealership opened right at 7:00 AM - Loaner was ready as well. My truck was there for the entire week, when I called to follow up, I received a call from Luis Valdes - on the same day in less than the hour. He provided status and he promised to have my truck ready by Friday. They did finish my truck on Friday as they promised picked up before close time. Very professional Team, also I left my Bible in the loaner and they immediately called me to let me know that I can go and pick it up at any time they are open. I am going in today to pick it up. Ron Durham the Sales and Leasing Consultant is very professional, he showed us the vetts we walked around looking he kept going to get more keys as my wife wanted to see all of them. Ron served us coffee and water I knew I was not going anywhere else, he had closed the deal. The Corvette we picked was missing a stingray emblem that snaps in on the console in front of the shifter Ron order one and gave it to us, no charge, which was way beyond any expectation I had on a used car. Franchely did the finance, wow very creative and professional, we own a small business which sometimes it is tough to get a deal. Franchely sat down with us and explained everything even listening to every word we said even though we got off track chatting, she was the first finance officer I have ever felt like friends with.
