I called looking for help with a warranty issue. ..I was told by the person on the other end, that he would have someone for finance call me back... No one called me back after 5 days so I called them and I was given that same message...that was a week ago and still no call from anyone... And that's not the first time that has happened to me when I've had a warranty issue. More

After I received service (oil change, tire rotation) from the dealership. The technician didn’t replace my tire lock (which I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up, didn’t reset my oil life neither did the dealership. The technician didn’t replace my tire lock (which I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up, didn’t reset my oil life neither did they place a sticker to let me know when my vehicle should up for next service, didn’t refill wind shield wiper fluid etc. Which leads me to wonder if the services I paid for was even provided. Sales person kept walking away at one point; some questions about the car were unable to be answered. I still decided to negotiate and purchase the car. When it came time to purchase, the finance per questions about the car were unable to be answered. I still decided to negotiate and purchase the car. When it came time to purchase, the finance person seemed to have an attitude and unwilling to answer questions and when a mistake in the paperwork was pointed out, she was displeased. The car was purchased in full to be registered out of state, but wrong paperwork given and now having hard time getting a hold of anyone to get situation corrected as title should have been given to me right then and there (as confirmed per my state’s DMV), but was not. Should have been an easy, smooth and enjoyable process, but turned out to be the opposite and I’m very disappointed. More
