Shuttle Service If you have to go more than 10 miles shuttle will not take you. Job was 11 miles away. The driver asked where i was going and said where i worked. He looked at me like i had 2 heads and was like nope! I don’t go downtown! No! Mileage was not listed on shuttle service. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for shuttle service to provide a ride. My sales associate was very apologetic and arranged for me to have a Lyft. That’s something said for customer service! Hooefully they will put that information on their website when arranging shuttle services. Sales representative was awesome, shuttle service is very lacking. More
