That said, Luis kept me posted on the progress, staff checked in on me from time to time and asked if I needed the shuttle service. And when it appeared that a tricky electrical thing couldn't be finished before closing, Luis set me up with a Chevy Equinox courtesy car. I was able to pick up my car the next day. More
