We had set up an appointment for 2 recalls 10 business prior to bringing in the vehicle. When dropping off, verifies that the parts for the recall were in stock. Car was dropped off Sunday the 17th to the dealership. Diagnostic was scheduled for Wednesday the 21st. The 21st rolls around and someone reaches out to say they can't look at the car till Saturday the 25 Diagnostic was scheduled for Wednesday the 21st. The 21st rolls around and someone reaches out to say they can't look at the car till Saturday the 25th. I get contacted the 25th in the morning saying they should have an update later in the day. I don't hear anything all day so at 5pm I have to call the dealership. I have to wait on hold forever to finally get someone to tell me that no one has every ran a diagnostic on my car yet. So two hours before the dealership closes on the 25th someone is finally looking at my car. If there was any type of communication at all from the dealership about delays that would have been helpful. Instead just silence. More
