Will never come back for service or to purchase my new tahoe I took my car in for an only oil change which I had an appointment for. Robert said it would be 1 hr to 1 1/2. After an 1 hour and 45 min they hadn’t I took my car in for an only oil change which I had an appointment for. Robert said it would be 1 hr to 1 1/2. After an 1 hour and 45 min they hadn’t even taken it back. It took over 2 1/2 hours before my car was done. This is the second time I have be assigned to him and he is not pleasant and was very pushy with my the time before regarding work I should have done. He upset me and lost my business. my tahoe almost has 100k miles on it and I have never taken it anywhere by you. I can assure you I will never come back for any service or purchase my new tahoe from your dealership. More

They did a great job, Only negative is I missed the shuttle, I was outside on bench instead of in lobby area. I thought he would find me. Had to wait extra hour. Great Dealership and Great People Lowest deal on my car after going to 2 other places. Didn't even have to do much because the offer was great up front. No hidden agenda (the person in finance even came out to greet me early on). Very nice people also. I didn't feel like they were trying to make a sale but we're really trying to help me. 2 hour oil change I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Even though I get my oil change "free" through th I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Even though I get my oil change "free" through the warranty type thing I pay for, it'd be worth it to just pay to go to 20 minute jiffy lube. Luis and Vlad are great, just very disappointed with how long it takes. More
