Overlooked in Standing Room Only What is going to be done to bring a sense of order and organize a queue in that service area. There is a wall of technicians sitting at their station, 2 doors, and people having to manage themselves with who is up next for service. This last visit was where I was almost forced to step outside myself and get real basic. Let me set it up: first in line, and couple behind me, and a person comes through another set of doors and positions herself in front of me. Tech comes to the station, asks who is next while he looks at said woman, I say I’m next but he looks at said woman for approval. Fortunately for all parties she said she just came in. She acquiesced to me, and unfortunately this set up to where I couldn’t even deal with tech dude. This is an easy fix, but I guess it will take someone to act a damn fool in there before they take it seriously. More

I just had my vehicle service and the tire spin balance the tire was not balance good like before. I get vibration at 72 , need to set appointment to get my tire rebalance and the air pressure was not set o the tire was not balance good like before.
