Good, honest, straight forward people. I was impressed with the salesman's (Frederick) knowledge of the car. It was so complex, and he knew it throughout. I loved my old Impala and did not want to trade it, but I wanted the new safety features since I am getting older. My new Impala is everything I wanted plus!! Several of the safety features that I wanted have already been called into service - not that I was not aware of the situation, but it never hearts to have the car helping you be safe, especially in Atlanta traffic. I really do love my new car. It is really beautiful and fun to drive. I appreciate all the assistance at Jim Ellis and would not hesitate to recommend them. More
