Carpets don't match the drapes It would be nice if the vehicle matched the description in the ad. Features that were explicitly stated as present on the car were not there. Frankly, not even an apology or "oops." Which is fine, but it could be a problem if your time happens to be super valuable. Typical process: they want to sell a car and get as much out of the transaction as possible. They are resistant to you wanting to get as much out of the process as possible so I had to repeat myself 10 or 15 times before the sales team got it. Once they did, everything was fine. Probably spent 90 minutes in the dealership. Oh, they are really unhappy to honor written statements around price. I had a written price from their online sales team and they were really not excited about that price. I heard a couple of mentions about the price being too low and not matching their computer. In the end I was able to purchase at that price so I give them credit for honoring their written word. In the end I just can't see myself ever returning to this dealership. More

Great customer service! by far the best buying experience! I stopped by Jim Ellis Chevrolet after work to look around and was met outside by Mr.Moreland who was more than patient with me as i kicked a few tire I stopped by Jim Ellis Chevrolet after work to look around and was met outside by Mr.Moreland who was more than patient with me as i kicked a few tires, Mr.Moreland was very knowledgeable of the chevy product and didn't mind spending time with me going over several vehicles not knowing weather or not i was ready to buy. I was never asked to run my credit nor felt rush like every other dealer i have been to.I ended up in a 2018 Gran Sport Corvette and i could not be happier from the time i got there to the time i left Mr..
