Within moments i was introduced to one of their sales professionals, Melissa Stoute. She and I talked about why I was there and what needs I had. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the product and took time to take a test drive with me and find specific VINs on the offsite lot. I feel that she she got to know me as a person... and not just a customer. After our visit Melissa followed up appropriately with me... and remembered little things that we talked about. Overall I am 100% happy with my experience and purchase... and I would recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet to anyone who wants an easy and fun experience buying or servicing a vehicle. More

She made our car buying experience unlike most: she had unlimited patience with us- never making us feel rushed in the decision process. If she did not know an answer to our question she would make sure she found out- and did! We were blown away with how quick she was to respond to us too. Through out the process, we kept agreeing with each other, "its like she really knows how important of a decision this is and wants us to make the right one!" Even after we bought our car from her, she answered questions, made sure everything was right in the car, and even brought over our car mats to our house when they did not come in the car! (Then stayed at our house helping us figure out features in the car). She invested in us, not the sale of the car. More
