: It is our policy, if a deposit is taken and a set time to come pick up the car is met, to hold a vehicle for a customer. Obviously, this is the right way to do business. What happened in this case is rare and yes, embarrassing. In spite of our very sophisticated computer operating system, the system can’t tell others what’s going on unless the information is put in the system. The short of it was a complete lapse of communication on our part. This is complicated by the fact that this is singularly the busiest week of the year for us and we have many people looking at the same vehicles. We apologize that this happened.
