I arrived for my 730 appointment and had to wait about 10 minutes before Mike came over. He was able to get my car scheduled but the service was going to be a while so he found me a loaner for the day. More

I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and only the oil change was done. Not one tire was rotated. So basically, an over priced oil change. More
