Ralph, We have been customers for 10 years. Clearly the right thing to do for a long time customer would be to refund the outrageous diagnostic fee and next time be a lot more upfront about this. I tried to get this done in the dealership when we picked the car up but they would not do it. I would still welcome that outcome now.
