Very busy, almost rude. We only wanted air bag replaced. Called and said it was 2/3 low on coolant We didn’t ask them to check.. They didn’t have time to see what caused it. I found the vehicle I was looking for at a price that was fair on Carfax then completed the transaction with the dealership online and over th Ellis. Although there were no accidents reported on the vehicle to Carfax, the listing showed a dent in the hood on the driver's side that was fixed before my purchase.
