Poor communication. I had to find my part after being told it could take 2 months to come. I found the part within 10 minutes. After I paid for and picked my part up fro I had to find my part after being told it could take 2 months to come. I found the part within 10 minutes. After I paid for and picked my part up from another dealership and complained to service manager amazingly the part showed up for pick up from your dealership. Excessive time to repair. I took the truck to my mechanic who told me same day what was wrong and repair could be completed in 24 hours. It took you 9 days after drop off to replace a simple water pump. Not only will I not be using your service again. I doubt I will buy another car from you. I have purchased 3 in the last 3 years. More
