The buying process was easy enough, but the promises that were made were not kept. The ball was dropped several times by Zane. My vehicle arrived without gas, and the title processing was delayed and blame placed on others. Once the outsourced company who processes the titles received the documentation they needed, the paperwork was sent to the wrong County, delaying the title process once again. Great selection and inventory, but service after the sale and follow up was very disappointing. More

From the start my experience at Jim Ellis Chevrolet was very professional. My sales person, Jaylan Jackson was friendly and informed. He knew quite a bit about the vehicle. He took his time and when I was ready to buy he worked with his sales manager to make it an equitable deal for both sides. The sales manager, Patrick Bernard was also very friendly and engaging. I did feel pressure to buy but rather was shown how my deal was a good one. It was a very pleasant experience and I cannot recommend Jim Ellis any stronger for someone looking for a Chevrolet. More
My very 1st experience at the dealership was excellent which is why I decided to come back to get some of the services Elise suggested. The 2nd experience was not the same. I had to wait about 40 mins bef which is why I decided to come back to get some of the services Elise suggested. The 2nd experience was not the same. I had to wait about 40 mins before my car was pulled in to get to Elise. Once I met with her, I tried to figure out which services I would get with her guidance. I called before my appointment and asked that she email me the list of suggested work before I arrived to make the appointment that much more efficient. While I was at the desk, Elise and I discussed what services I would be doing that day. I asked Elise the prices for the work. This is when it all went to xxxx. She could not seem to come up with a price. Elise was not comfortable with my line of questioning. The more I asked for a price, the more she started to tense up, which immediately put me on guard. From that point, her micro aggressions intensified. Which made it very uncomfortable for me. As a non-confrontational customer, I really just wanted to get the price and have the work done. Elise did explain that the prices changed and that's why she couldn't land on a definite price and apologized. I accepted. The appointment did not not go as planned. I ended up only getting one service when I planned on getting several. More
