I had preselected the car, put a down payment on the car, was paying cash and had made an appointment. After all that it still took more than an hour and a half to get out of the dealership. There was absolutely no respect for my time and no one at the dealership seemed to care. It was as if “the deal is done, so we don’t need to pay attention to him”. I won’t recommend a Jim Ellis dealership to any of my contacts. More
Buying experience was ok, but the follow up has been terrible. Took 4 weeks for the payoff to go through on trade. When calling in, never got a straight answer. On top of that, after I noticed (not the dealer) that some trim was broken off prior to taking it off the lot, I was told to give it a week and they will contact me to repair it. Going on 6 weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone at all (after multiple calls for the first 4 weeks) and I still have a $70k+ vehicle that is not repaired. More
