Buying experience was ok, but the follow up has been terrible. Took 4 weeks for the payoff to go through on trade. When calling in, never got a straight answer. I won’t recommend a Jim Ellis dealership to any of my contacts. More

Service person Elise was unconcerned with issues that I was having with my vehicle, when I continued to ask that my vehicle be repaired properly, she encouraged me to go to another dealership. My experience in finding the right Tahoe was extremely difficult and frustrating - other Chevy dealers made buying a Tahoe an awful experience.
