Communication was terrible and for the first time questioned some of the work being done. Have always had good experiences but this one left a bad taste in mouth. questioned some of the work being done. Have always had good experiences but this one left a bad taste in mouth. More
Don’t expect honesty or any form of organization. No less for the mechanic to clean up their own finger prints No less for the mechanic to clean up their own finger prints More

Jaylan was great, helpful and efficient. What I did not appreciate was getting a vehicle with partially removed window tint and two sizable rock chips in the windshield and no key to ope What I did not appreciate was getting a vehicle with partially removed window tint and two sizable rock chips in the windshield and no key to operate the lock or unlock, just a valet key. Sales manager blamed me for not coming to see him before It was a 5 hour ride to get it and a 5 hour ride home, I did not have more time to waste. I left the dealer’s lot. I paid cash for it and it was a very clean, low mileage vehicle. Did not expect to have to need a windshield and pay for a key with a door lock/unlock on it. Dealer claims that they do a very thorough safety inspection prior to sale. There is no way that this was done as the hole in the windshield tint was the size of a hand, so it had to come off. Same sales manager tells me that the cost for a new windshield is $250. I challenge anyone to find a new windshield for that. Even at dealer pricing, they are $400 plus install. They said I’d get a refund of $300 that has not arrived yet. So, I’ll still be out $300 with the prices I’m getting from the windshield places. I’ve bought over 40 vehicles in my personal role and over a thousand in my work role. Never have I been delivered a vehicle like this. I like tinted windshields so just leave it on there but to take a palm sized piece off and leave it like that for delivery is just incredible. To get blamed for not coming to see the manager before I left is silly. They had the vehicle for 4 days waiting for me to come get it. It is just incredible that they did not do an inspection of it before delivery. The F&I guy is great, a real pro. Easy to talk with and a genuinely nice person. All in all, I like the vehicle I bought but would not have paid what I did had the windshield been disclosed. The chips are quarter sized and just below the rear view mirror, right in the line of sight. Stress crack between the two. It’ll crack eventually. More
