I sent my vehicle in for service and to have a diagnostic done on an issue I had been having. The issue that the diagnostic was done on was not fixed properly as of today it is happening again. I did not receive a multi point inspection as I thought that was standard when inside the shop for maintenance. Also, I was without my be for almost a week and you would expect to get your vehicle back with at least the items you identified as not just working, but completed correctly. It seems that dealerships want your money for subpar service. I would hope that there would be some type of corrective action on your part and not just an apology More
