Great check in process. From that point on, nothing was as described. Paid before picking up the car the first time, but had to return twice because the work was not complet From that point on, nothing was as described. Paid before picking up the car the first time, but had to return twice because the work was not completed. After the second time I returned, I was refunded for the incomplete service. I bring the car to the dealership to get the work done once and done right. I wouldn’t bring my car back to this dealership. More

I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with my visit at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Retanza Grier immediately sprang into action and was amazing in answering all of the 100 questions x 100 phone calls that I had for her. Chevrolet. Retanza Grier immediately sprang into action and was amazing in answering all of the 100 questions x 100 phone calls that I had for her. And, each timte I called, she was very upbeat, and pleasant. She never made me feel like “ Ugghh, she’s calling again” . I am a Senior and a female so, she helped me understand why each service repair was needed to help my vehicle operate more efficiently . She also pointed out ways the car was probably running that I did not mentioned to her; she was right, so I felt confident SHE KNOWS HER BUSINESS!! My automobile was not there very long and the parts needed for repair were at the facility. It’s been about two weeks since I picked my vehicle up from the service department and it is still PURRRRRING like a kitten. It almost seems like even the air conditioner is blowing cooler air.
