Service for my Corvette rattle I had a minor rattle in my dashboard after a recent unfortunate collision. The original collision center could not find the cause so I brought it to I had a minor rattle in my dashboard after a recent unfortunate collision. The original collision center could not find the cause so I brought it to Brandon Colón and his team at Jim Ellis. After carefully driving the car to multiple different road areas, they were able to determine the source of the noise and fixed it promptly. Even though the rattle is technically cosmetic, it was driving me crazy. Now I can enjoy my Stingray once again! tyanks Brandon! More

Great service all the way around! I brought my Chevy Tahoe here for what I, and the dealership thought would be simple maintenance. A day after dropping my car off, my service rep call I brought my Chevy Tahoe here for what I, and the dealership thought would be simple maintenance. A day after dropping my car off, my service rep called and provided me a estimate. The dealership ended up having some once in a life time issues with my car and repairs took longer then any one, included the shop foreman working on my car wanted. Brandon the service manager assured me it would be handled and only asked for my patience while they worked to solve the issue. Sure enough on the fourth day I got a call saying my truck was ready to go! I went to pick it up, and was able to pay my balance on my phone securely online which was very convenient. If you go early in the morning and you are dedicated to get the car checked, you may need to leave it the whole day in order to get it checked without If you go early in the morning and you are dedicated to get the car checked, you may need to leave it the whole day in order to get it checked without an appointment, I had a check engine light and got the car there, it seemed like an issue of the manifold and was covered by warranty so I didn't had to pay for it. After a couple of days one of the ducts just popped out since the clamp was not tighten, it was just over it so after driving it for 2-3 days, it sounded like a balloon popping and car was not able to accelerate properly, after getting home I just opened the hood and it was easy to connect and tighten, I know issues like this may affect someone but it was easy enough and they replaced the part without charge so I am ok with the service. More
