My experience with the folks at Jim Ellis Ford was wonderful. I initially went in to test drive a Bronco and, once I decided to purchase one, the process went smoothly. They worked with another dealer wonderful. I initially went in to test drive a Bronco and, once I decided to purchase one, the process went smoothly. They worked with another dealership to acquire a Bronco meeting my requested trim, color, and package options (there were only a few in the southeast) and I was able to take delivery quickly. Everyone I worked with was friendly and polite, without high-pressure sales tactics often encountered at some dealerships. Even after the purchase, the follow-through to rectify a few very minor issues was fantastic. More
