Louis Thompson recently assisted me with a company car purchase. Our initial discussion was over the phone due to my work travel and Louis assured me things would go smoothly and they did! Service: Awful experience. I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After getting my truck, they informed me I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After getting my truck, they informed me they could not service my truck for five days. What is the point of an appointment? It was warranty work, so they probably just didn't want to do it. After the negative review left by my husband last week, LG reached out to let us know the car that we were interested in was available for test drive and purchase. We asked for the dealership to honor their offer from April 1 to drive the car to us for an overnight test drive. However, once again, communication and attempts to make arrangements were left ignored. Highly unprofessional. More

As a potential female customer, I felt discriminated against. I gave a reasonable offer for a car that’s been on the lot a while and the sales person said “when you come back to reality let me know” in against. I gave a reasonable offer for a car that’s been on the lot a while and the sales person said “when you come back to reality let me know” in front of my two year old daughter who was with me. Unacceptable behavior and I will be calling corporate over this incident. This place is not respectful to women or people with disabilities. AVOID. More

We were lured to the location with a car on the website that was not ready to be sold. We were told they would deliver the car to our home two days later to test drive and maybe keep overnight.
