The service on my auto was acceptable. These have been replaced by Ford, but now I am told that I must pay for new lug nuts or have the damaged ones left on the auto. I have informed the dealer that I will not pay for a problem that is a design error. Ford must correct this and replace the lug nuts at their expense and not mine More
