Adam greeted me at my car, put me in their system, expertly advised me as to my best course of action and what to expect. His communication was timely and he did everything he said he would do. All features an amenities continue to function well and it is a pleasure to drive. I mentioned to my wife recently that I may consider buying a new vehicle (from Jim Ellis) an she said “why, you truck runs great, is very well maintained, and you love it”. Well, she’s usually pretty direct and honest and I agree with her sentiment about my F150. I’ll keep using Jim Ellis (and service rep David Attal who does a great job along with technician Ben) and keep my F150. More
