He listened to what we were looking for and let us test drive several options before we finally made a decision. He also took us on a tour of the service department and we got to speak with the service manager which was awesome. I had no idea they offered so many options to customize your vehicle! They even have a mobile service which I can't wait to utilize for maintenance. I would highly recommend. The only negative which has absolutely nothing to do with Armand was the 5 hour wait time to get through the finance department. It looked like the dealership was having an exceptionally busy day so I'm sure that was part of the cause but my wife and I were both exhausted by the time we got out of there. Overall though, this was a great place to purchase my dream Mustang and I will be doing future business with them. More

The buying process overall was fantastic. Communication was great. Armand was very nice and personable. However, At times it felt like there was a delay in communication with Armand. I kept reviewing my FordPass app to confirm if the 42,000 points from the purchase of the vehicle had posted. I found out nearly a month later that no one ever entered the information into the system. I attempted to reach out to Armand regarding the situation and he never responded. I unfortunately had to call twice in one day before a sales manager finally entered the information while I was on the phone. More
